A Permanent end to Emotional Eating.

5 ways you can start to shift your mindset:
  1. Visualise daily how it feels to be the size you would like to be; make an inspiration board, or just close your eyes and really imagine yourself there now.
  2. List all the rewards you will find when you reach your goal; (health, energy, confidence, relationships)
  3. Make small changes and build on them each day (start with walking for 20 minutes a day, decrease your portion sizes or substitute high fat foods with healthier options)
  4. Talk to yourself kindly; take note of how you talk to yourself and commit to being on your own cheer squad.
  5. Be in it for the long haul. Doing it properly will take longer but it will also last a lifetime.
